Manufacturing Facility and Policies
The Ali Raif İlaç manufacturing facility covers an area of 10,500 square meters, including a factory building of 8,500 square meters, an auxiliary operations building of 500 square meters, and offices and laboratories of 1,500 square meters.
The facility meets the cGMP (current good manufacturing practices) and cGLP (current good laboratory practices), and has an annual output of 60 million boxes. The manufacturing facility has manufacturing, packaging and storage areas, quality control and R&D laboratories and technical service sections for the company’s facilities, which are equipped to respond to any condition.
In 2013, our manufacturing plant passed the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series.
The R&D Laboratory located in the factory building, which has engaged in research and development activities for many years, was registered as an R&D center by the Ministry of Industry and Technology on January 12, 2017. The equivalent products developed in the R&D center are sold in domestic markets as well as overseas.
Our Health, Safety and Environment Policy
Production of solid medications as well as research, development and quality control activities are performed at the İkitelli manufacturing facility of Ali Raif İlaç. ARIS ensures the correct implementation of occupational health, safety and environmental protection principles in all activities as the basis of its Health, Safety and Environment policy.
As part of this policy, we declare and represent that we will;
Follow the national and international legal regulations that we are subject to regarding the Occupational Health, Safety and Environment, the laws and regulations of the Ministry of Health, and the current GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards,
Take necessary measures to prevent process- and product-based environmental pollution, protect the environment, and maintain environmental sensitivity,
Engage in activities to foresee the environmental and occupational health and safety risks, and take measures against them,
Take measures against accidents or emergencies that may occur in the course of our operations in order to prevent injuries and health problems,
Manage changes in current investments and the risks related to the environment, occupational health and safety in planning new investments,
Use raw materials and energy resources more effectively and efficiently to conserve natural resources so that a more habitable planet is left to future generations,
Cooperate with our customers, suppliers, government agencies, visitors and all parties within the life cycle to improve our occupational health and safety, and environmental performance,
Protect the health and safety of our employees, suppliers and subcontractors, and raise awareness about occupational health and safety, and environmental issues,
Continuously improve and develop the health, safety and environmental management performance with periodically set targets and revisions by ensuring the continuous implementation of the OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety assessment series and ISO 14001 Environmental management system.
