Ali Raif İlaç Sanayi, a 57-year pharmaceutical company serving the Turkish healthcare industry, has undergone a change of management. Serving as a General Manager for 32 years, Muzaffer Bal handed over to Nihal Arslan, who has been working in various positions at the company since 1990 and has been the Deputy General Manager of Marketing and Sales for eight years. Muzaffer Bal, who is also IEIS and TISK’s board member, will continue to serve as the CEO of Ali Raif İlaç Sanayi.
After graduating from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Chemistry and Metallurgy, Department of Chemical Engineering in 1984, Ms. Arslan completed the Istanbul University Graduate School of Business MBA program in 1985. Ms. Arslan joined Ali Raif İlaç Sanayi in 1990, and she has served as Planning Manager, Product Manager, Marketing Manager and Marketing Director, respectively. She has been the Deputy General Manager of Marketing and Sales of the company for the last eight years.
